Woman shot inside Rochester church

A woman was shot inside of a church in Rochester Tuesday evening.

The 47-year-old victim was hit by a bullet after shots were fired at Iglesia Ebenezer around 8 p.m., police told local station WHAM.

The upstate church building was also hit by gunfire, according to the station.

Police are still looking for suspects, and said the woman is expected to survive her injuries.
